During the filming of exteriors for ‘The Grey’ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1601913/?ref_=nm_flmg_ardp_11) in Smithers, BC., a plane was transported onto Hudson Bay Mountain and cut apart to look like it crashed. The set decoration department scattered personal effects and luggage around the wreck to make it more realistic. The crew is shown here working hard in cold conditions.

This required a great deal of coordination with the city of Kamloops as well as the cooperation of the residents who lost temporary access to portions of their downtown area to allow the film crew to work.
